For The Love Of Finger Tats April 26, 2015 18:38 1 Comment
If you're anything like us, most Sunday mornings will consist of scrolling through Facebook, Instagram and Twitter with a coffee in hand and a vague recollection of the night before! This ritual would not feel complete without a few enviable photographs of perfectly manicured hands popping up on our news feeds adorned with eye-catching midi rings and finger tattoos. We just can't seem to get enough of these elaborate hand accessories and at Bohemian Tattoo HQ, it's all about the metallic jewellery tats (of course)!
Inspired by the huge amount love our temporary finger tattoos have been receiving recently across all social media sites (@bohemiantats), we thought we'd take you through a few style suggestions on this lazy Sunday afternoon.
As you all must know by now, Bohemian Jewellery Tats can be worn wherever you like, however you like and sharing your unique creations with us online is very much encouraged. However, with this recent accessory obsession in mind, throughout our 12 metallic tattoo collections you will find small yet stunning designs that are just crying out to decorate your fingers! The Rapheala collection (pictured above) provides plenty of fun and interesting options to play around with and in our opinion, there's no such thing as too many jewellery tattoos!
Finger tattoos can be the perfect thing to draw your metallic tats together and finish off the look that you are trying to create. In order to ensure that this ring is styled seamlessly, pick out the feature colour in your other applications and choose this for your finger tat. Something simple usually works best when you're using it to compliment a statement piece previously applied. The Priscilla and Alexandra Aqua collections pictured above are perfect examples of this gorgeous style idea.
If you're feeling a little more adventurous then why not create your own finger designs by cutting up a few of our metallic tattoos? The two Bohemian Tattoo photos above have both been created using the Vandana collection. A top tip when it comes to those applying bracelets around dainty wrists is to take the excess material that has been cut away and use it to form a matching ring (as shown in the right image).
Lastly, don't be afraid to go all out and mix up your metallic tats with other gorgeous pieces of jewellery and bright nail polishes. @xxjemmajanexx, one of our beautiful followers on Instagram has shown us how she has chosen to style her finger tats with simple silvers and bold blues.... But how would you wear yours? Remember to tag us in any photos that you post and let us know what you come up with!
